This sweet Nanchen Star Rattle in soft butter yellow is a perfect first Waldorf companion for babies. Its star shape, with arms and legs forming four points and the pointed hat completing the fifth, fits snugly into little hands. Babies can explore grasping, shaking, and gentle mouthing while discovering cause-and-effect as the rattle responds to their movements. The small loop on its hat allows it to hang safely from a baby gym, pram hood, or above a cot, inviting curiosity and early sensory exploration. Handmade from 100% organic cotton and filled with pure Bioland virgin wool, the soft textures offer comfort and tactile delight.

The rattle encourages fine motor development while its natural, organic materials make it safe for teething and cuddling. From newborns to toddlers, it nurtures early imaginative play and offers a gentle, tactile companion that supports emotional growth. Each piece is lovingly handmade in Germany, reflecting Nanchen’s Waldorf-inspired philosophy of simplicity, nurturing, and mindful play.
